June, 1999: Should WA Govt. Conduct A Heroin Trial?

Heroin trials in Perth seem very distant given

Rhonda Parker's conservative stance.
Why is is it that the majority of people beleive a heroin trial
would involve free heroin to anyone?
Its just not true!
But our pollies are very happy with the misinformation given to the public.
